The wheel caster machine is the equipment used for continuous quantitative casting in the smelting plant. It consists of a disc and its drive system, quantitative casting device, spray cooling system, pre-jacking and jacking device, clamping device, extractor, cooling stack Stacking device, coating system and other components.
Process Flow
The copper water flows from the copper outlet of the anode furnace to the tundish through the chute. The tundish is equivalent to the copper water storage device. It alternately pours copper water into the casting ladles on both sides. The casting ladles are placed on the electronic scale. We collectively call it quantitative casting. device, the weight of the cast anode plate is controlled by it; during the whole casting process, the disc is in the alternating transformation of running and stopping. When the disc is stationary, the quantitative casting device pours copper water into the mold. After casting, the disc rotates Two mold positions, casting the next anode plate; when the anode plate is sprayed and cooled, the anode plate is loosened from the pre-jacking first, in order to balance the upward force exerted by the pre-jacking device on the disc, the corresponding pre-jacking The clamping mechanism is set up; the loosened qualified anode plates are taken away by the extractor, and the unqualified anode plates are taken away by the waste anode hanger; the anode plates taken away by the extractor are put into the water tank to cool again and automatically arranged into Anode stacks are finally transported away by forklifts. The empty copper mold is transferred to the mold coating position, and the BaS04 mixture is sprayed on it by the mold coating system to prevent the anode plate from "sticking to the mold". Continuous casting can be realized by repeating the above process.
