Product Advantages
1. Environmental protection and pollution-free: the pure oxygen natural gas conversion iron furnace produces a small amount of dust and slag, hardly emits sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, and the tail gas reserves are also small;
2. Low burning loss rate. The iron burning loss of the pure oxygen natural gas rotary furnace, under the condition of reasonable slagging, the iron burning loss of the rotary furnace will generally not exceed 1%;
3. The cost of chemical iron is low and the application range is wide. In addition to chemical iron, it can produce various types of cast iron such as gray iron, ductile iron, vermicular iron, malleable cast iron (malloy steel), and alloy cast iron, as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum alloys. Technical drawing will be send to the buyer after geting the deposite, so the buyer can build basic contruction before the furnace arrived.
3) Acceptance check before delivery
a. The supply of the inspection equipment complies with the scope of supply and technical specifications in the technical agreement.
b. Check the mechanical actions of the equipment.
4) Installation & debugging & worker training
a. Cooperate with guidance to check the buyer installation work;
b. Internal and electrical wiring connections between equipment;
