Crusher: Select [model] jaw crusher, with a processing capacity of 5-10 tons/hour, which can crush the raw materials to a suitable particle size.
Ball mill: [model] ball mill, the grinding fineness can reach 200 mesh, which meets the requirements of leaching for raw material particle size. Output 5-10/small.

Leaching tank: Because the leaching is heated to 80 degrees and leaching is performed with chlorine, the structure of the leaching tank needs to be strengthened. Therefore, the carbon steel lining 4f or PP method is adopted, which is heat-resistant, chlorine-resistant and mechanically vibrating-resistant. The equipment volume is calculated based on 18.4T of mineral powder per day. If the liquid-solid ratio is 3, 84 cubic meters need to be processed. Considering the reaction time, temperature step, heat transfer rate, ion collision probability, agitator end speed, input power, transportation conditions, equipment construction cost and other factors, a volume of 6 cubic meters is taken. Six equipments are operated in parallel, equipped with agitators and heating devices to ensure sufficient reaction.
Filtering equipment: Plate and frame filter press, two units with a filtration area of 100 square meters and one unit with a filtration area of 20 square meters, used for separation of leachate and residue, purification of reduced mother liquor, hydrolysis precipitation and mother liquor, and filtration of dechlorinated products.
Drying equipment:Drying equipment uses airflow dryer Q1000, which is automatically operated without crushing and screening, and directly outputs powdered products into the packaging machine for automatic packaging. Due to negative pressure operation, dust overflow and pollution of the environment are avoided.
The packaging adopts automatic packaging machine, which is mature and can be purchased on the market, so it will not be described.
 
 Process Principle
1,Concentrate treatment, ore crushing, ball milling and flotation have been included in the electrolytic antimony process and are omitted here.
2,Leaching: The antimony-containing raw material reacts with the leaching agent hydrochloric acid and ferric chloride. In order to increase the reaction speed, the temperature is increased to 80 degrees and chlorine is added to allow the antimony ions to enter the solution in a selective state, and the impurity elements are also partially dissolved. Chemical reaction formula: 2Sb_2S_3 + 12HCl + 3O_2 = 4SbCl_3 + 6H_2O + 6S.
3,Reduction and purification: By adding specific reagents, the pentavalent antimony ions are reduced to trivalent, and the impurity metal ions (such as lead, copper, iron, etc.) in the solution are removed by precipitation, filtration and other methods to purify the antimony salt solution.
4,Hydrolysis: The purified antimony salt solution is hydrolyzed to generate antimony chloride oxide precipitation. Taking the hydrolysis of antimony trichloride as an example, the hydrolysis process has an important influence on the preparation of antimony trioxide, such as reaction temperature, treatment time, ratio of water to antimony trichloride, etc. By controlling different conditions, different hydrolysis products can be obtained. The reaction formula is as follows:
SbCl 3 +H 2 O=SbOCl+2HCl;
4SbCl 3 +5H 2 O=Sb 4 O 5 Cl 2 +10HCl;
2SbCl 3 +H 2 O=Sb 2 OCl 4 +2HCl;
2SbCl 3 +3H 2 O=Sb 2 O+6HCl;
The hydrolysis process produces a large amount of hydrochloric acid that accumulates in the reaction medium, which will affect the normal production of the reaction. Therefore, researchers often add alkaline reagents to reduce the accumulation of acid in the water during the hydrolysis process. The reaction formula is as follows:
2SbCl 3 +6MOH=Sb 2 O 3 +6MCI+3, the reaction formula is: SbCl_3 + 3H_2O = Sb(OH)_3↓ + 3HCl.
Dechlorination uses ammonia or ammonium bicarbonate to neutralize antimony oxide and chloride salt. The product particle size and crystal state (tetragonal, orthorhombic) can be customized according to customer requirements.
5,Drying. After the solid-liquid separation, the product needs to be dried. The antimony hydroxide precipitate is filtered and washed, and then heated and decomposed to obtain antimony trioxide. The reaction formula is: 2Sb(OH)_3 \-- Sb_2O_3 + 3H_2O.

 Process flow:    
Concentrate powder--chlorination leaching--filter pressing purification (slag discharge, clean liquid enters the next level)--reduction--filtration purification (filter residue returns to the previous level)--hydrolysis--filter pressing (filtrate neutralization and discharge)--pulping--dechlorination--filter pressing--drying--packaging
