1. Furnace Body
The main body of the rotary furnace is cylindrical and welded from steel plates, offering high strength and corrosion resistance. Different heating zones can be set up internally, and the outer wall is insulated to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency.
2. Furnace Lining
Located within the furnace body, it is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant refractory materials such as high-alumina bricks and siliceous bricks to protect the furnace from high-temperature corrosion. The quality of its design and installation impacts the lifespan and operational stability of the rotary furnace.
3. Combustion System
One of the core components of a rotary furnace, it consists of a burner, a fuel delivery system, and a control system. The burner mixes fuel and combustion air and injects it into the furnace for efficient combustion. The fuel delivery system delivers fuel to the burner, and the control system regulates the combustion process to stabilize the furnace temperature.
4. Transmission System
The key components driving the rotary furnace include a motor, a reducer, and bearings. The motor provides power through the reducer to rotate the furnace body, while the bearings support the furnace body, ensuring smooth rotation. Their performance impacts the efficiency and stability of the rotary furnace.
