Features of flip aluminum melting furnace
The reversible gas-fired crucible melting furnace can be used as a small centralized melting furnace, and the melt can be poured out conveniently for use. It is mainly used for the melting of non-ferrous metals before pressure casting, gravity casting, and liquid die forging.
1. The furnace body is composed of high-alumina lightweight bricks and refractory fibers and other multi-layer high-quality refractory materials. It has the characteristics of good heat preservation effect, small heat storage, and fast heating speed. The temperature rise of the furnace wall is ≤25°C.
2. The double-cylinder hydraulic tilting furnace is adopted, and the stable and efficient dumping mechanism is conducive to realizing the automation of the aluminum melting furnace production line, planning a more advanced aluminum melting furnace workshop, and more convenient aluminum melting operation methods. After melting aluminum, the molten aluminum can be transferred to the molten aluminum holding furnace and die-casting machine.
3. Using comprehensive control technologies such as variable cycle and PID, the temperature control accuracy reaches ±5°C.
4. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller and a special thermocouple for temperature measurement, it can measure the temperature of the furnace and molten aluminum, double temperature control, accurate temperature control, and effectively reduce the scrap rate.
5. Equipped with liquid leakage alarm, over-temperature alarm and other functions to ensure the safety of equipment and operation.
6. High-quality silicon carbide graphite crucible is selected, which has good thermal conductivity and long service life.
