Flame reverberatory furnace is a solid, liquid or gas combustion to generate flame, which is reflected to the metal charge through the furnace wall to make it change in temperature. From the fuel, there are coke reverberatory furnace, oil reverberatory furnace and gas reverberatory furnace. Coke reverberatory furnace (copper alloy) and fuel reverberatory furnace (aluminum alloy) are commonly used for non-ferrous metal smelting. Fuel reverberatory furnace is divided into fixed and movable There are two types of tilt.
coke reverberatory furnace. It is mainly used for smelting copper alloy, with a capacity of 3~5t, and casting large copper castings. Its furnace body is mainly composed of molten pool (also called metal material pool), furnace cover, combustion chamber, chimney, blower and starting equipment.
Fuel reverberatory furnace. It is mainly used for low-pressure casting for mass production of aluminum alloys, aluminum alloy die-casting and metal mold casting as melting furnaces. After refining and slag treatment, it is supplied to holding furnaces for casting castings. The capacity is 300~1000kg, and it is rarely used for direct casting castings. The fuel reverberatory furnace is divided into two types: fixed type and tiltable type. Its furnace structure consists of a molten pool (also known as a material pool) with a water outlet and a feeding port, a burner, a chimney and a tilting device.
